If you boot from any DVD: set CDVD directly to “Plugin”, Config->Plugin/BIOS selector->On CDVD, select Gigaherz CDVD->Configure it and select the correct DVDrom drive letter and finally System->Boot CD/ DVD (fast)

    Can PCSX2 run from disc?

PCSX2 is almost certainly an open source PlayStation, the second emulator project in development in more than a decade. The great thing about PCSX2, and also how it really differs from Dolphin, is that you can easily play your old copies of PlayStation games by simply plugging them into your computer.

    What happened?

Basically I got a rejection screen, I remember looking at the top of the emulator’s windshield one day and the name was related to the hard drive, but again the game never launched. I noticed that the hard drive often looked a bit damaged, but then I flipped it over to my almost *real* PS2 and it worked…
At least after that, he loaded the pre-menu toAs I expected, given what the experts say, if it worked fine before my PS2, it should work fine on my emulator as well.
If it suggests this, I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 (Duo Core, 2GB RAM) and Windows 7 (converted from Vista) which allows IS to properly emulate PS2 boot screen wallpaper, I just have to say “No hard drive” .
By the way, be aware that it just shows a blank screen whenever I select “Fast loading cdvd”. If I just select “Boot cdvd full” I get the normal boot screen (dancing lights, “navigation” with system configuration). Is this normal?
    Thanks in advance today!

Ps. If it helps the main game, I’ll try using “Metal is Gear Solid 2”
as well as any damage to the cd… well, does anyone know how, if you look at the unfinished program from below, and see the nightly alternation of the written and unwritten part of the written? Well, the CD has unique waves generated from the center, and at 2/3 and 3/4 of the radius of the disc, these types of lines appear distorted…
I got this keepsake from a friend and really wondered if ICould my computer motivation be to blame?

Oh, small update, I experimented with that, don’t forget, and it showed the game username on the debug screen again

Among other things (I had fun with the turbo) I noticed that it says…

[wx] cannot apply changes helping “C:UsersDocumentsPCSX2inisPCSX2_ui file.ini” (Access error 5: Considered denied.)

[wx] Error updating user information file.

    Can this help?

I ran it as administrator, it didn’t give me an error message, but I still got the same end result… Emulation black screen:/

It also has status=playable, so I don’t think the script is missing that…

Where do I get BIOS for PCSX2?

This helpful website: https://romsmania.cc/bios/pcsx2-playstation-2-bios-3 contains US, EU and Japan BIOS files in one. Click “Upload” and the file will appear as your own ZIP folder. Drag this file to your desktop next to the PCSX2 installer and the next step is done.

Could it be a bios issue? I noticed it too…

Bios found: USA v02.00 (06/14/2004) Console

    BIOS ROM1 not found, skipping…

    psx2 boot disk

BIOS component rom2 not found, ignored…

BIOS module probably not found, missing…

    psx2 boot disk

I also remember bringing up the issue of not buying the ELF path… Could it be someone else’s fault other than the hard drive?

p.s. M I didn’t manage to get a good disk image file, so I don’t think the disk is bad either…

One more thing… I was addicted to emulation settings and used to change vu0 and vu1 from tiny vu to interpreter because I didn’t need to do better…

My frame rate dropped to 1.5 fps for you guys (dropped frames) But I also have a list of bugs, I won’t post them, just a few… (there were 50 in total)

(EE pc:8000555C) Missing TLB, addr=0x0 [load]

(EE pc:00000010) No TLB, address=0x10 [download]

(EE pc:00081EE8) address error, addr=0x82607 [store]

(most modeled after the new one)

    Thank you!

Oh yes, when I was working with running the ISO image on the hard drive, the emulator froze a little… it was I who discovered that Elf does not have a defined path “.
